Arizona Metropolitan Realty and Management was founded in 2003, however, our experience exceeds that of 25 years. We are focused on providing you with the best results and service in the industry. We listen carefully to understand your real estate goals and work hard to create solutions that make sense for you. Sam Urfali » Designated Broker, Property Manager
Sam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. While he was still in school he was involved in international commercial real estate construction and property management and he formed his own company which performed mechanical contracting, heating ventilation and air conditioning at the age of 22. Right after the formation of mechanical contracting business, he used his experience and knowledge of mechanical engineering to engineer and develop a commercial cold storage and freezing warehouse facility for the storage, distribution and marketing of food. He also oversaw daily operations of a 3,000 acre farming business. In 1999 Sam obtained his Arizona Real Estate license and shortly thereafter his Broker’s License. In 2003 he opened his own business, Tucson Metropolitan Realty, which after seeing the growing need in surrounding cities, eventually transformed into Arizona Metropolitan Realty and Management.
Arwa Farhad » Office Manager and Vice President
Arwa graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. As a teenager she was involved in the daily operations of her family agricultural enterprise. In 1998 she entered the retail sector working with high-end boutique stores before she left in 2003 when she purchased, redesigned, and launched a successful restaurant. In 2004 she began working with Sam at Tucson Metropolitan Realty and became office manager and vice president. She is fluent in English, Arabic, and German which allows for great communication between us and our clients all over the world.

Tina Urfali » Licensed Agent, Marketing and Sales
Tina began her professional journey in the non-profit sector where she worked while completing her degree from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. Her initial role as an aquatics coordinator allowed her to gain management expertise while overseeing operations for an entire pool facility. Post grad, she has since overseen end-to-end operations of a local business specializing in manufacturing, packaging, retail, and wholesale distribution of premium products. She received her Real Estate license in 2023 where her marketing role developed into working with the Arizona Metropolitan team to expand the business.
