  • Can I reach you after hours?

  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, funds are deposited directly into your account.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    Yes, you will receive a copy of the lease after it is fully executed. The designated broker will sign the lease on your behalf.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes, we are a full-service brokerage, we list and sell real estate in addition to property management.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    All owner disbursements are made by the 15th of the month and profit and loss statements will be made available by the 15th of the month.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Rents are due by the first of each month and are electronically deposited into the brokerage trust account within 24 hours. Tenants have the option of paying by personal check, cashier’s check, money order, or electronic funds transfer.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    All of our leases are a minimum of 12 months, this helps us keep expenses and turnover costs low.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    State law allows us to charge 1 ½ times the rent amount for a security deposit, so this figure will vary by property.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage residential single family homes, condominiums, town homes, duplexes and multiplexes.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A report will be made available to you by the 15th of each month.
  • Are we required to provide a reserve fund for repairs?

    At this time, we do not require owners to provide any reserve funds.
  • Do you provide management and other real estate services for international clients?

    Yes, we do and have extensive experience in this area. Please contact us for further details.
  • Can you provide references from current property owners?

    Yes, we can provide you with a list of satisfied property owners.
  • Do you still charge management fees when the property is vacant?

    No, we only charge a management fee when the property is occupied.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    All security deposits are help in a separate brokerage trust account that is designated for the purpose of security deposits.
